Wow, 2010 is almost over and what a year it was! From ending my relationship with Jen on NYE, to following through with my dream to move west, seeing Sara, Kelly and Karla, E & H's wedding... quite a full year indeed! What could 2011 do to top that? Well, there's 365 days to figure that out. But I have to say that looking back 2010 would have to be in my top 5 of all time favorite years. That makes me think....what were my favorite years? Definitely when the band was at it's high point...1992 or 1993. When the street sport scene was buzzing and seemed unending...1984 or 1985. I know I'm being wishy-washy here with years but this is all off the top of my head. A time I feel like I struck out on my own and found new parts of myself...1997, 2004..and I guess 2010 would fall into that category as well. And although some things have changed some things still remain the same. I'm glad I've gotten back into reading. Al is still alive and kicking! I let him run around the apartment on Christmas day. What should the goals for 2011 be? I don't feel like anything is pressing right now. Not like the west coast dream. Maybe some smaller goals to accomplish. Working out more. Maybe focusing more on my guitar and trying to write songs again. I feel like I need to find a rhythm. I don't know exactly what that is or means, but that's how I feel. Like I need a rhythm. We'll see where that takes us! The future is bright...no doubt!
